A unofficial academic transcripts from all institutions where coursework was completed or attempted in pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree. This includes, for example, coursework that was completed at a community college and later transferred to a four-year institution and counted towards the award of a bachelor’s degree. Official paper transcripts can also be sent by postal mail to the address above but take longer to process.

As part of your application, you must provide the names and e-mail addresses of three individuals willing to supply a professional reference on your behalf. These individuals will then be contacted directly by the application system with instructions for submitting their reference electronically. In compiling your professional references listing, consider former professors or employers most familiar with your technical abilities. The university particularly values letters that assess an applicant's preparation and ability to complete a research project. If you have a master's degree, please include your major professor as a reference.

Upload a personal statement in PDF format, not exceeding 500 words, where you specifically address each of the following topics: 1.Readiness: how have your academic and/or professional experience prepared you to be successful in the IE MEng program at OSU? e.g., authorship in conference or journal papers, research internship, and/or experience working in a research lab, experience working as an industrial engineer (or similar), track record in solving problems related to industrial engineering 2.Experience: what kind of activities have you performed during your studies and/or work experience, and how did they contribute towards your personal growth?; e.g., independent learning/project, clubs & extracurricular activity, acting as lead in group projects, etc. 3.Commitment to profession and society: any contributions that you have made for the betterment of society through the application of your engineering skills, e.g., outreach activities, mentoring experience, etc.
