The entire list of consulting deliverables under each service and associated fees are provided on the specific websites of Admitas. All payments will be collected in full before the commencement of services, unless a specific recurring payment scheme has been agreed in writing between the client and Admitas. An automated invoice will be generated and sent back to applicant after the payment is confirmed. Admitas may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

Admitas offers a great support through its network of curated tutors and semi automated portal. The Applybuds portal has various offerings such as profile evaluation, college finder and connectivity with the mentors on a regular basis, along with the smart document editor. The counselling sessions will be on ApplyBuds’ portal and the applicant is responsible for attending the sessions in the respective slots on the appropriate portal. In case of tutor unavailability, Admitas reserves the right to replace the existing tutor as required and will ensure effortless application building.

Admitas and its consultants will not be liable for keeping track of program deadlines or checklist of application documents. Applicants are responsible for tracking their own application deadlines and we strongly recommend ensuring all documents are ready for submission at least 48 hours prior to deadline.

Admitas assists clients to research college and university listing with every detail. The scope of our services does not include assistance with financial aid documentation (loan sanction letters, scholarship forms, and more). Admitas provides assistance to applicants looking for student loans by connecting to our network of banking and NBFC partners. We share relevant personal details with our partners as per our Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy

All fees paid to Admitas Advisory Services Pvt Ltd (also referred to as LilacBuds, ApplyBuds, GetMyAdmit) are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-adjustable, in whole or part.

All payments, unless explicitly specified in writing during onboarding, are made for the specified application cycle, for the stipulated number of programs/universities being applied for, for particular services and a particular applicant. Payments are not transferable to other services, individuals (including family members) or later application cycles.

Refund in case of Change of Mind: If the refund request is made on the basis of ‘change of mind’ to avail of our services, we have a strict “No Refund” policy. You may contact us within 2 days from the purchase date if you wish to get a credit note for your purchase for a future service. A credit note equivalent to the gross amount, after deducting for any govt taxes paid and costs for sessions completed, will be issued. After 2 days of purchase, no refunds or credit notes will be granted.

Refund in case of Missed Program Deadline: We offer a refund in case our consultants/experts were made aware of documents that needed to be submitted and were within the service agreement, and they have still missed the university application deadlines that were agreed to between the client and the expert. In such instances, we review the situation within 7 days, using the communication done ONLY over the ApplyBuds website student portal as the basis for issuing a refund. The refund amount will be prorated based on the amount of work completed by the expert for the applicable school.

Refund in case of incorrect purchase: Programs purchased will not be refunded but can be changed to another program of higher or same value, on grounds of incorrect selection on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

Refund in case of server error: In case the user has been billed twice for the same program due to a server error or payment gateway issue, the second purchase of the same programme will be refunded, if requested within 7 days.

Refund in case of Special Approval: In the unlikely circumstance where the Designated Consultant or Mentor is not providing quality advice in line with the client’s expectations, the company will offer the client to choose any other available Consultant/Mentor specified on the portal as a replacement. If more than 4 interactions have occurred between the consultant / expert then such change of mentor will not be allowed and no refunds will be granted either.

Shared Commitments & Obligations

Admitas Consultants and Experts are available for conversations and meetings between Monday to Saturday preferably between 10 am to 8 pm IST excluding any bank and national holidays. Any meeting requests must be made at least 2-3 days prior and all document requests will require a minimum 48-hour turnaround window. Much of the work involved in preparing quality application materials requires considerable thought and applicants are requested to take this into account expecting urgent feedback. Some mentors are also employed with Top global organizations & their availability varies. However, every Mentor & Consultant stays firmly committed to assist the applicant based on stage of the application cycle and nearing deadlines.

We use the proprietary company website as the primary mode of communication. Login details of the website are provided to both mentors & clients for all official work. Any direct email, Whatsapp or other communication via phone or text is not recommended to maintain complete transparency on application readiness amongst the support team available to the applicant.

Admitas Consultants provide advisory services regarding document content needed in the application process. The Consultant’s role is to brainstorm and help the applicant present relevant content. Consultants are not responsible for creating the content including, but not limited to, essays, CV, SOP’s and letters of recommendation. All required materials must be drafted by the applicant and will be edited by the LilacBuds / Applybuds / GetMyAdmit team.

Admitas mentors & consultants may share sample documents to inspire your thinking. Please note plagiarising content from those examples would be detrimental to your chances of admissions. We expect all applicants to talk about their academic & professional experiences and highlight their personal journey in their own words.

Applicants must thoroughly review all mentor & consultant feedback on application materials, including recommendations and queries. A mentor is usually required to give no more than 2 iterations of feedback on draft material– unless explicitly agreed in writing between the applicant and mentor.

Maintain Confidentiality of Proprietary Materials: Admitas develops and shares its proprietary materials for the exclusive use of applicants who have engaged the firm for profile building, application, advisory and related services. These materials should not be shared with anyone.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the website. We may experience delays in updating information on the Services and in our advertising on other web sites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies. Products or services may be mispriced, or may be inaccurate, or unavailable and discontinued. We therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
