Career Essay (500-word limit): Explain your post-degree short-term and long-term career plans as specifically as possible. When combined with your studies at Owen, how will your background, experiences, interests and personal attributes enable you to pursue these goals successfully?

Provide one (1) recommendation from a direct supervisor or someone who has observed your work in a full-time, part-time, or internship capacity. Undergraduate students with minimal professional experience may use an academic reference. Your recommender should draw on specific observations and insights about your qualifications. LOR Questions : 1200 characters each 1) What skills have you observed in the applicant that would transfer well to business school and beyond? Please provide specific examples demonstrating these skills. 2) What areas do you consider to be areas of growth for the applicant? 3) Describe a specific example when the applicant demonstrated exceptional leadership, teamwork, or took initiative to go above and beyond expectations. 4) Describe the individual's ability to relate to others including speaking/writing skills, presentation skills, nonverbal signals, and social awareness. 5) How affectively does the candidate work with others? Please provide examples of their interpersonal skills and actions. 6) Please provide any additional comments that might be helpful in assessing the applicant's potential for academic and/or professional success.
