  • Degree Transcript

    Common Document

    Send all official transcripts from each college/university attended. Please note that transcripts are required regardless of the number of credits taken or if the credits were transferred to another school. Transcripts should not be sent to the U-M School of Nursing. All transcripts must be processed through NursingCAS.
