    Applicants are required to submit a statement of scholarly intent. We recommend that you use the statement of scholarly intent to address why you are interested in obtaining an LLM degree, a detailed description of the area of legal study you intend to pursue, and the courses in which you have an interest. The personal statement should be no longer than 1000 words, double-spaced, and must be typed and not hand-written.
