Essay 1: Briefly introduce yourself to the admissions committee. How will an MBA with Guanghua in China help you achieve your short-term and long-term career goals? Essay 2: What characteristics and abilities do you think a business leader should possess? Please describe a time you showed leadership skills in yourself by creating opportunities, inspiring others to action, et cetera. The example may come from your academic and professional backgrounds, or other social engagements. Essay 3: Can you please describe any experience or exposure you have in the area of diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and belonging whether through community organizations, personal, or in the workplace? Essay 4: How do businesses balance the pursuit of profit and the sustainability/ESG responsibilities? What opportunities and challenges do you think companies are facing in this field?
