How would you contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment within BEE, at the University, and as a professional? Describe your thoughts about and/or efforts towards building community. This may include but is not limited to, prior life experiences, background, cross-cultural experiences, languages, extenuating circumstances, as well as efforts to foster social justice, equity, inclusion, or any other details you feel are relevant. 4.INDEPENDENCE. Describe a project that you led which illustrates your independent ability to complete a complex undertaking 5.LEADERSHIP. Describe any experiences in which you exercised leadership and what you have learned from these leadership experiences . 6.RESEARCH. Describe your experience conducting research and your research interests for Biological & Ecological Engineering program. Please also suggest a potential research topic that you would like to work on for your thesis/dissertation
