Include, specifically, why you are choosing to apply to the Oregon State MBA Program. 2.Please describe what leadership means to you, and cite at least one example where you have demonstrated leadership. 3.Please detail specific examples of strong quantitative skills in your academic or professional background. This could include quantitative coursework completed, quantitative projects, or other quantitative professional responsibilities. 4.Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your educational journey, or any extenuating circumstances you have faced? (You may use this space to share any extenuating circumstances that would provide the Admissions Committee with additional perspective on your application, such as academic performance below our minimum requirements, unexplained gaps in work history, or other areas of concern.)

MBA and the specialized master's program applications require two professional (or academic) references. If you have completed your undergraduate studies within the last two years of applying to our graduate business programs, at least one of your references should be academic. Otherwise, professional references are required.

Your résumé should be detailed and current. You may wish to include full-time positions as well as part-time jobs, relevant internships, volunteer service and professional associations or affiliations. Please upload your résumé in the “Document Upload” section of the online application.
