MS in Nursing—Direct Entry

Applicants may upload a scanned version of their official transcript when submitting the online application. Those transcripts will be considered unofficial and will fulfill the transcript requirement. Web-based transcripts or printouts from the applicant’s student account are not accepted as unofficial transcripts. Applicants will continue to have the option to submit official transcripts, however official transcripts will only be required when a student is accepted into a program. Applicants should list the college from which they received their BS/BA under Institution 1 in the Education Information section of the application.

Letters of recommendation from family or friends are not accepted. At least one academic reference is preferred.

A personal goal statement describing interest in pursuing a degree in nursing, readiness to be successful in an accelerated program, and leadership potential in the classroom and in future professional practice.
