Two employer letters of recommendation

A letter of motivation of at least 3-4 pages. Why do you apply for this program? Why would the MSM program benefit you? Why would MSM benefit from your presence in the program? Are there any specific aspects of the program that were particularly appealing to you? Which skills do you wish to develop for your career? How do you think participating in this program will influence your future career? What are your career goals? (Do you wish to stay in the Netherlands/ Europe/ go back home, in which sector, what type of job, etc). If you have a career, what did you do/ are you doing, and what is motivating you to get another degree? Describe 3 personal strengths and 3 weaknesses and why you (or other people) see them as such. What are your hobbies/ passions? What achievements are you proud of and why? (ESSAY INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOTIVATIONAL LETTER:- Please answer the in a free manner. Answer each section separately but there is no need for structured answers. The questions should be a guideline for the essay but the answer doesn’t have to be limited to just these questions.
