Bachelor's degree in a technical field, e.g., computer science, mathematics, or a science or engineering discipline.

You must provide a transcript of your academic record. Any academic credentials/documents that you upload are considered unofficial. An unofficial transcript is an official transcript that you, the applicant, have directly provided us. This is sufficient for the review process. If you accept an offer of admission, you will be required to submit official transcripts.

Describe your academic/professional motivation for applying to this M.S. program. Draw upon your past and present work and academic experiences as well as aspirations and goals for the future. Describe why this academic program is a good fit for your academic and research goals. Discuss courses, research, faculty, programs, and opportunities that interest you. If applicable, list faculty members who you would like to work with. Tell us why you want to pursue your graduate education at Georgia Tech. Consider including questions or issues that inspire you, experiences that have shaped your professional interests, and why you think that Georgia Tech is well-suited to help you. If applicable, explain discrepancies or weaknesses on your record, such as non-traditional computing and/or mathematics background, employment gaps, low grades, leters of recommendation that are not from a recent supervisor, unusual work experience or career paths, and additional challenges you would like the admissions team to know.
