Transcripts are required from all colleges and universities attended, whether or not credit was earned, the program was completed, or the credit appears as transfer credit on another transcript. Unofficial transcripts from all colleges and universities attended must be uploaded to your online application. Official transcripts are required only of applicants who are offered admission. If transcripts are in a language other than English, English language translations must be provided. The English translation alone should be uploaded into your application.

Two (2) recommendations required.Letters of Recommendation should come from faculty, supervisors, and others who know you well in an academic or professional setting. If possible, at least one letter should come from a faculty member who taught you in a class and can speak to your potential for rigorous graduate study. Choose a professor who is in the field, or a similar field, to which you are applying. If submitting a professional recommendation, select a manager or supervisor rather than a colleague. A supervisor can attest to your ability to meet deadlines, accept feedback, and build relationships with both your peers and authority figures.

A copy of your most current resume is required and should include all previous education and employment.

In an essay of 500-1,000 words, state your purpose in undertaking graduate study in your chosen field. Include your academic objectives, research interests, and career plans. Also, please discuss your related qualifications, including collegiate, professional, and community activities, and any other substantial accomplishments not already mentioned on your application.
