The essays are divided into two subjects: the first is based upon your past experience and your role today, while the second is focused on your future career plans and how you expect the EDHEC Global MBA to help you reach your goals. You will be provided with guidance and details on the essay questions when you apply.

Two letters of recommendation Letters of recommendation should come from a superior (direct manager, director, or client), not from a friend, colleague or family member. LOR Question 1) For how long have you known the candidate and in what context? 2) The EDHEC GLOBAL MBA programme emphasizes critical analysis, managerial interpretation, and creative response beyond functional proficiency. How would you evaluate the applicant's capabilities and potential with regard to these qualities? 3) What is your opinion of the applicant's motivation and suitability for a successful career in management? What do you consider the applicant's main strengths and weaknesses in this respect? 4) Please describe any situation illustrative of the applicant's sense of purpose or maturity.
