Your academic transcripts showing a 4-year bachelor's degree from a university of recognized standing with minimum GPA of 3.0 (B average) in the last 60 credit hours of study.

Two letters of reference are required for admission to a graduate degree program. These letters are normally required to be from academics familiar with your work but may be replaced with relevant professional references based on the following schedule: For applicants who completed their undergraduate (or related graduate) degree within the past three years: two academic references. For applicants who completed their undergraduate (or related graduate) degree three to five years ago: a) one academic reference and one relevant professional reference, or b) two academic references. For applicants who completed their undergraduate (or related graduate) degree more than five years ago: a) two relevant professional references, or b) one academic reference and one relevant professional reference, or c) two academic references.

You are required to identify (a) potential research supervisor(s) in your application and briefly explain why you would like to work with the selected faculty member(s). You do not need to receive faculty member’s approval to include their names in your statement.
