Essay 1. Please outline your career objectives and how the MBA will help you achieve them ? (Minimum word count 200 and use no more than 400 words in your answer.)

If the course you are applying for requires references, you will be advised of this requirement in the application form. These can be either academic or professional references depending on your circumstances and whether you are still studying, have recently graduated or are in employment. You can provide your references in two ways: a) include details of your referees and their contact details on your application. We will then contact your referees directly to request a reference. b) or, if your referee has already provided you with a copy of the reference, you can upload a copy with your application. LOR Question 1) Please briefly describe the applicant’s main strengths and any weaknesses. 2) Are you aware of any circumstances which might affect the applicant’s performance on an intensive and demanding programme? 3) Please provide a brief explanation of your ranking of the applicant’s potential as a manager. 4) Are there any other factors which you believe should be drawn to the attention of the Admissions Committee in assessing the suitability of this candidate?
