Long Answer Question(s) Imagine yourself three years after graduating from the UBC MBA program - what personal and professional aspirations have you fulfilled? Reflect on outcomes such as personal or management development, improved career opportunities, increased salary, a change of employer or sector, international experience, launching your own venture, or expanding your network. Tell us what drives your decision to pursue the UBC MBA, and how it aligns with your aspirations.

Two references are required for all UBC MBA applicants. You will provide us with their email addresses through the application, and we will contact them by email. Professional references from supervisors are preferred and must fill out the reference form online. Separate letters are not accepted. (If you have applied to our programs within the last two years, it is not necessary to submit new letters of reference and new transcripts unless you have undertaken further academic studies, as we retain all documentation for a two-year period.) LOR Questions: 1. How long have you known the applicant and in what professional capacity? Please include your job title and professional relationship (manager/supervisor) to the applicant. 2. What do you consider to be the applicant's principal strengths and special talents? 3. What are the applicant's weaknesses or areas in need of improvement? 4. Comment on the applicant's style and interpersonal skills considering general attitude and confidence, ability to work under stress, and sensitivity to others. 5.
